The whole process from enquiry to purchase, training and now using the gear was outstanding. We had plans for a second set but had to chop it off in a budget cull. We will definitely get another full set next financial year. Our team loves Mahu and he is far more than just a "sales person" to them. Thank you for the relational way you do business and for the great products!

You're Not Just Buying A Kit
Most of the value here is the training. You get lifetime access to our in-depth online course: video modules on safety, equipment, setup, and group facilitation, with quizzes along the way, so it's there whenever you need a refresher or you're training a new staff member down the track. If you want us there in person, on-site training is available as an add-on, and it's the single biggest thing that sets a new team up for success.

Bring Arrow Tag into your school, camp, youth organisation, outdoor education program or activity centre.

For $5,499, you receive complete equipment for 20 active participants, lifetime access to our online training course, ready-to-use game plans. On-site training and pop-up hides are available as add-ons. See below.

You are not simply buying equipment. You are receiving a proven system built from eight years of delivering Arrow Tag programs with schools, camps and large groups.

What’s included

  • 20 bows

  • 20 x Tactical Masks

  • 100 foam-tipped arrows

  • 50 replacement nocks

  • 3 replacement bowstrings

  • 4 replacement mask foam pads

  • Shipping: $300 flat

The bows are lightweight, durable and ambidextrous, with an approximate draw weight of 22 lb. The full-face masks feature secure adjustable straps and strong mesh lenses. The arrows are purpose-built for Arrow Tag with soft, impact-absorbing foam heads.

One Full Day of Practical Training at Your Venue

The training is delivered in person at your venue and is suitable for teachers, outdoor educators, camp staff, youth workers, instructors and anyone responsible for facilitating group programs.

Your team will learn:

  • safe equipment use and pre-session inspections

  • field setup and pack-down

  • basic shooting technique

  • safety rules and delivering a clear safety briefing

  • organising large and small groups

  • professional group facilitation

  • proven Arrow Tag game formats

  • adapting sessions for different ages and abilities

  • maintaining flow and reducing participant downtime

  • equipment cleaning, maintenance and minor repairs

  • managing common challenges during real sessions

The day is practical. Your team will use the equipment, play the games and learn how to run a complete Arrow Tag session from setup through to pack-down.

Where possible, we encourage including a real group during part of the training day. This allows your future facilitators to practise briefings, game instruction and group management while receiving immediate support and feedback.

Lifetime Online Training Access

After the in-person training, your team keeps lifetime access to our detailed online training course.

The course includes video modules and quizzes covering:

  • safety and equipment

  • field setup

  • shooting technique

  • safety briefings

  • group facilitation

  • game organisation

  • cleaning and maintenance

  • troubleshooting

  • different games and session formats

Staff can return to the course whenever they need a refresher. It can also help introduce new team members, who should then receive practical support from an experienced facilitator.

Ready-to-Use Games and Session Plans

You will receive proven game plans and structured session formats developed through thousands of real sessions.

They can be adapted for different:

  • ages and abilities

  • group sizes

  • session lengths

  • school and camp programs

  • youth groups

  • team-building activities

  • holiday and recreation programs

The games are designed to encourage teamwork, communication, strategy, movement, leadership, problem-solving and confidence.

Four Personal Video Coaching Sessions

Our support does not end after the training day.

The package includes four personal video coaching sessions, available to use at any time during the first 12 months.

They can be used for:

  • reviewing your first independently delivered sessions

  • improving session flow

  • questions about safety or group management

  • introducing new game formats

  • planning larger school, camp or team programs

  • equipment maintenance and troubleshooting

  • supporting additional staff members

  • working through any challenges that arise

Even if you do not need them immediately, the sessions remain available throughout your first year.

Optional Custom-Branded Hides

Custom-branded pop-up hides and inflatable hides are also available as optional upgrades.

They can feature your logo, organisation name, colours or custom design. A digital proof will be supplied for approval before production.

Custom-branded hides are quoted separately.

Price and Deposit

The kit is $5,499, plus shipping ($300 flat).

In-person training is available as an add-on for $2,000 plus travel expenses. Pop-up hides (a set of 4, needed to play) are available as an add-on for $800.

A $1,000 deposit secures your kit and reserves it in the equipment order. The balance is due before delivery. If you add in-person training, a separate $500 booking fee applies to cover travel arrangements.

After you submit the enquiry form, we will contact you to confirm your organisation's needs, any add-ons and preferred delivery details. We will then issue an invoice for the deposit.

How the Process Works

  1. Submit the enquiry form on this page.

  2. We will contact you to confirm your kit, any add-ons and delivery details.

  3. We will send an invoice for the $1,000 deposit.

  4. Once the deposit is received, your kit is reserved and the equipment process begins.

  5. If you've added in-person training, we confirm a date and schedule it at your venue.

  6. The remaining balance is paid before delivery.

Frequently Asked Questions

How many people can play at once?

Up to 20 people can play at one time. Larger groups can rotate through teams or multiple sessions.

Do our staff need archery experience?

No. The training begins with the fundamentals and guides your team through safety, equipment use, shooting technique, group facilitation and game delivery.

Can additional staff use the online training later?

Yes. Your organisation receives lifetime access to the online course. New facilitators should also complete a practical induction with an experienced team member before running sessions independently.

Can we order more equipment later?

Yes. Additional bows, masks, arrows, spare parts and hides can be ordered separately.

Are custom-branded hides included?

No. Pop-up hides aren't included in the kit — a set of 4 (needed to play) is available as an $800 add-on. Custom-branded or inflatable hides are a separate optional upgrade, quoted separately.

When is the kit secured?

The kit is secured once the $1,000 deposit has been received. If you've added in-person training, that's confirmed once the separate $500 booking fee is paid.
