Your party invite

Deposits in. Pick a theme, open Canva, fill your bits, then share the invite and waiver with every guest parent.

Don’t change the venue box or the waiver QR. Those stay locked so guests get the right place and the right form.

HOW TO EDIT (ABOUT TWO MINUTES)

1. Pick a theme below.

2. Open the Canva Template (it makes your own copy).

3. Edit only the guest bits: child’s name, age, date, time, RSVP, your contact.

4. Leave the venue block and waiver QR alone.

5. Download PNG or PDF.

6. Send to guests (WhatsApp or email).

7. Tell every guest parent to sign the waiver before the day: https://www.evolutionarchery.com.au/waiver

Tip: PDF keeps the waiver link clickable. PNG needs the QR (already on the template).

IF YOUR PARTY IS AT OUR BUDERIM VENUE

Fusion Centre, 180 Ballinger Road, Buderim.

That’s Fusion Centre. Not the archery range. Not the sports centre nearby. Guests should follow Fusion Centre signs / your pin.

You’re welcome to set up food at the venue. You can use the space until 30 minutes after the session finishes.

Session is hosted Evolution Archery (about 90 minutes). We bring the gear.

IF WE’RE COMING TO YOU

Use the mobile invite template. Fill your address on the editable line.

Use a backyard, home, private venue, or school/club grounds you already control. We don’t book public parks.

GUEST PARENTS MUST SIGN THE WAIVER

Every child needs a signed waiver before they play.

The invite Template already has a waiver QR. Keep it. Don’t cover it with stickers or crop it off.
