Evolution Archery Cancellation Policy
Booking Confirmation and Deposit
To secure your booking for an archery tag event with Evolution Archery, a non-refundable deposit of $100 is required. Your booking will be confirmed upon receipt of this deposit.
Cancellations by Customer
More than 14 Days Before Event: If you cancel your booking more than 14 days before the scheduled event date, you will forfeit your $100 deposit. Any additional amounts paid will be refunded.
7 to 14 Days Before Event: If you cancel within 7 to 14 days before the event, you will forfeit your $100 deposit and be liable for 50% of the remaining balance of your booking.
Less than 7 Days Before Event: If you cancel less than 7 days before the event, you will forfeit your $100 deposit and be liable for 100% of the remaining balance of your booking.
Cancellations by Evolution Archery
Should we need to cancel your booking due to unforeseen circumstances, we will provide a full refund, including the $100 deposit, or offer to reschedule your event to a mutually agreeable date.
Any requests for changes to your booking should be made in writing and may incur additional fees. Modifications are subject to availability and are not guaranteed.
Neither party will be liable for failure to perform its obligations if such failure is due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, such as natural disasters or government-imposed restrictions. In such cases, we will work with you to reschedule your event or provide a refund less any incurred expenses.
By paying the deposit, you indicate your acceptance of this cancellation policy.
