More Than a One-Off Activity — Kids Build Skills Each Week

Evolution Archery is designed as a progressive after-school program, not just a once-off activity.

Each session gives children a chance to improve their aim, focus, confidence and teamwork through structured archery games and challenges.

As the program continues, children can earn achievement awards for effort, improvement, teamwork, focus and participation — giving them something to work towards each week.

This helps keep the program exciting across multiple sessions and gives children a real sense of progress.

What Kids Can Work Towards

✅ Improved aim and shooting technique

✅ Better focus and listening skills

✅ Teamwork and communication challenges

✅ Confidence through repeated practice

✅ Achievement awards earned throughout the program

✅ Recognition for effort, improvement and participation

Common Questions

Is this a one-off incursion?

No. This program is designed for OSHC centres that want Evolution Archery as a recurring after-school activity. You can choose a 4-week starter program, 8-week skill builder program, or fortnightly term program.

How much does it cost?

The program is $595 per afternoon. This includes two back-to-back 45-minute sessions, all equipment, safety gear, setup, facilitation and pack down.

How many children can participate?

We can work with up to 60 children per afternoon across two 45-minute sessions. A common structure is two groups of up to 30 children.

What does the $595 include?

It includes both sessions, all bows, foam-tipped arrows, targets, safety equipment, setup, pack down, qualified facilitation and achievement awards throughout the program.

Do you bring all the equipment?

Yes. Evolution Archery brings everything needed to run the sessions. Your centre does not need to supply bows, arrows, targets or safety gear.

Do our educators have to run the activity?

No. Evolution Archery runs the activity from start to finish. Your educators remain present for normal supervision and support, but they do not need to lead the session.

What ages is it suitable for?

The program is suitable for Prep to Grade 6. Sessions are adapted depending on the age, confidence and ability of the group.

Can mixed ages participate?

Yes. OSHC groups are often mixed-age, so the program is designed to work with different ages and confidence levels.

What space do we need?

An oval, indoor hall, basketball court or large undercover area is ideal. If you are unsure, submit the form and we can confirm whether your space will work.

Is it safe?

Yes. We use safe foam-tipped arrows, structured games, clear boundaries, safety briefings and controlled session formats. Safety equipment is supplied where required.

Do children earn awards?

Yes. Children can earn achievement awards throughout the program for things like focus, teamwork, effort, improvement and participation. This gives them something to work towards each session.

Do you have insurance and Working With Children Checks?

Yes. Evolution Archery facilitators hold current Working With Children Checks, and insurance and risk management documents can be supplied when required.

Can we book fortnightly instead of weekly?

Yes. Fortnightly programs are available where the location and schedule allow.

Can we start with a shorter program?

Yes. The 4-week starter program is a good option for centres that want to try Evolution Archery as a recurring activity without committing to a longer block.

Which option do you recommend?

The 8-week skill builder program is the recommended option because it gives children more time to build confidence, improve their skills, learn new games and work towards awards across the program.

What happens after we submit the form?

We’ll check your preferred afternoons, group size, location and available space, then confirm availability, suitability and the best program option for your centre.
