Cancellation Policy

Evolution Archery – School Incursion Policy Bookings & Availability Incursions are booked on a first-come, first-served basis. For limited tour dates (e.g. Sydney 2025), once a date is booked it is unavailable to other schools. Pricing & Payment Standard full-day incursions are charged at $1,499 (incl. GST). A $200 non-refundable deposit is required to secure a booking. The remaining balance will be invoiced and is payable within 14 days of the incursion date (or prior by agreement). Cancellations & Rescheduling Deposits are non-refundable, but may be transferred to another date if rescheduling is required (subject to availability). Cancellations made less than 14 days before the booking will incur a 50% cancellation fee. Cancellations made less than 7 days before the booking will be charged the full incursion fee. Safety & Supervision All sessions are delivered by qualified facilitators holding a Blue Card. Schools are required to provide staff supervision at all times during the incursion. Evolution Archery provides all necessary safety equipment, and participation is subject to adherence to facilitator instructions. Session Structure Incursions typically run as a full-day program, including multiple group sessions to ensure maximum participation. Specific scheduling (e.g. PE classes, rotations, or activity days) can be tailored to the school’s needs. Weather & Venue Requirements Incursions can be run indoors or outdoors. Schools must provide a suitable safe space such as an oval, hall, COLA (covered outdoor learning area), or gymnasium. In cases of extreme weather, the incursion may be modified, rescheduled, or relocated indoors at the facilitator’s discretion. Liability Evolution Archery maintains public liability insurance and ensures all equipment meets strict safety standards. Schools are responsible for ensuring their students comply with safety instructions at all times.
